Lately I've been using Rem Oil on all the guns, both for cleaning and lubrication. It seems to do a OK job. All the wally worlds carry it, and it isn't spendy.

Any good quality gun oil will do the job, even good old Hoppes!

I use a product called Tri-Flow. It is a teflon based lube, similar to BreakFree CLP. It penetrates, protects, and lubricates. I also use a little lithium grease on some critical spots on the slide and frame interface.

FP 10 is very good lube . I don't use grease on semi auto pistols but I do use a mix of 50% marvel mystery oil and 50% of STP on small high load areas like Slide stop pin where it contacts the fitted bottom locking lugs on all my match pistols. On standard pistols with loose tolerances, oil will be all you need .
