Smith & Weeson model 41

Hey folks, need some help on value for a S&W Model 41 barrel. It is the 7 3/8" version with compensator. Finish is 95%+, only a couple very small scratches. Bore is like new. Any help on when these were made and how much it is worth would be very helpful. Found this in the bottom of a random box lot at an estate auction. Thank you in advance!

Oh and there was a 10 round mag in there too. I think those only run about $20-$25 IIRC.

  I'd say $150, more if there are weights under the muzzle brake.

  Pictures are good, but if you're going to list it you might want to take a few more. Looks like your camera is taking light reading off the wood resulting in too little exposure for black metal. Try a slower speed or wider aperature in manual mode.
