Sig m400//AR Parts

can anyone help me here? what parts can be interchanged from a AR to a sig M400 if any?do AR mags work with the sig?Got a chance to get the Sig M400 Enhanced for under 1000.00 but need to know if my many extra AR parts will fit it for emergency replacement..thanks in advance as you guys never fail me..

  "American Rifleman" had a review of them awhile back. My take on it is that they were standard Gas Impingement AR's, i.e internally everything is same same with all the other AR's on the market.
  
  If you can get one at a good price go for it. Seriously doubt if it would be any better or worst then any other "Name" brand AR on the market though.
