WTK: Rem 760 .35 Rem

Will any other caliber 760 magizine work in my .35 Rem.? I'm having difficulty finding a spare magazine in .35 Rem.

  Google says the 35 Rem and 300 Sav are unique, something about a block in the front as well as the back in the mag body. I'm thinking a handy guy could convert one of the commom ones.

  They are indeed hard to find , but they're the only ones that work reliably . You have planted a seed in my mind though , I'm going to see if I can modify a short one for my .300 Savage . Should be just a nip & tuck , right ?

  I have a Rem 760 magazine in 300 Savage around here somewhere. I started out with a Rem 760 in 300 Savage that I had my gunsmith wizard convert to 223 Rem. It uses Rem 760 223 magazines which are hard to find too but that means there is a 300 Savage magazine here somewhere.

  Try this guy for hard to get Remington mags if you cant find them here..
