Fn-Fal Lower Receiver is metric or Inch?

Is this metric or inch mag well for FN-Fal? looks like a half moon wedge cannot load picture doe not work.

  you can use a metric mag in an inch reciver but not the other way around

  But... the lower has nothing to do with the mag on the fal - all held in by the parts on the upper (which is also the registered receiver).
