Colt Reference Book

Can anyone out there tell me the name and author of the best reference book for Colt Revolvers? Thanks!

  If you want a general reference that covers all models from the Paterson up, then The Book of Colt Firearms by Sutherland & Wilson would be my recommendation. However, the 1st and 2nd editions only cover up to 1971. I believe Wilson has released an expanded edition, but I don't know how much past 1971 it goes.

  Thank you very much. I am mainly interested in the "Snake" guns, but this one sounds like a good book to have. Thanks again!
