Browning A-5 Forend
I need a 1966 Lt 12 Browning Forend There is one here on GB. Does anyone know if it will fit the a 1966 A-5 Light 12 I have asked the seller but I would like the opinions of others here. The forend is marked "2X".......I don't know what that means I will certainly buy if it fits, just not sure here. Not asking about condition or value, just if it would fit my 12 ga Lt 12 Browning. Can anyone help?

I have a customer who has a cracked forend on a A-5 12 ga (11")5-shot.[:(] I noticed the Savage model 720 series fit it; would a Remington model 11 fit as well within same gauge? Looking for a nice used piece so I won't have to get "new" and then have to update the butstock as well. The buttstock is in very nice condition. Any help for nice. 0 -
Just based on the color of the wood, I would assume this is a Japanese manufactured forend. I can't answer for certain whether or not it would fit, but the wood color would very likely be way different from the stock on a 1956 shotgun. 0 -

I have seen a lot of color variations on the Belgum A5's also. Jap forearm should fit Belgum gun. To me matching the color of the stock would be the most important consideration. 0 -

Sir, I have used two Jap forearms on Belgium guns with no problems. One 12 ga. and one 20 ga. It should work fine. 0
