Surpressor question transfer?
What do you do when your CLEO won't sign; go to the county sheriff? Or the state highway patrol?
Or form a trust?
I don't want to get a license just to buy a couple of suppressors.

If the suppressors are in state try the Sheriff first, then the trust route. If the cans are out of state you will need to use a Class 3 dealer to receive them. 0 -

Our ex sheriff would'nt sign for anyone. We went to our prosecuter for it. The sheriff now will sign for most people. 0 -

That said, IIRC there was a decision made to remove the CLEO sign off requirement, but won't take effect until the new forms are all printed, etc.0
