No I just went by what Cabellas put on the sales slip. I measured it in a cusory manner with a tape and it looked 25" but I didn't look very closely I also called Rem and they didn't correct me when I said it was a 25" barrel. It could very well be a 25 1/2 inches. I'll take your word for it. Is this a common barrel for the 20 ga with the X suffix?

Is yours a Improved choke Duck?

    Thanks for your expertise.

Yes So are these common? I can't find them listed in the Blue Book under Rem 1100 w/ 25 in barrel except in 28 ga or 410 ga. What do you know about them?
