After 1963, which is all that realy matters. The Blue Book of Gun Values says 1976. I do not have accurate referance material for post 64 munbers, so we'll go with 1976.

This info is from the George Madis book, which has received much questioning regarding it's lack of accuracy, but for what it's worth, he lists the Model 94 serial number for the start of 1977 as 4463554, with 102372 made during that year. Based on that, yours would have been made in January 1977- Bert H or someone else with Cody records may be along shortly to point out the errors of this information, but I suppose in this case, it's probably not too far off. 0 -
Just call the Winchester 'contact us' number. They will give you the DOM. They can also 'patch you through' to the Browning archives. 0 -

They do not have the pre-1981 "Winchester" records. What they have are the U.S. Repeating Arms Co. records. For anyhthing earlier than 1981, they simply refer to the same books that everyone else uses.0
