Mini 14 Clyde Armory SCAR stock Fit

I am looking for some one who can fit my Mini 14 to a Clyde Armory SCAR stock. I live in New Mexico. I have contated Clyde Armory and they say only some dremil work needs to be done and this is common. Who knows Minin 14's and Clyde Armory stocks well enough to do this?

  I don't know if different runs of Mini-14 makes a difference but if you have both in your posession see if they fit. Then take a look where the stock is touching/binding and there you sand/file/Dremmel.
  
  Be nice if CA told you which Dremmel bits you need you might get a better understanding.

  Clyde Armory told me that also. I do not have the tools. I thought I was buying a drop in ready stock. They are not drop in ready. [8D]
