Spencer trigger plate assembly?

I got this trigger plate assembly in a bunch of parts I bought. I think it is for a spencer but need to positively identify it before listing it on the auctions. The third picture shows the hammer in the fired position. The front "trigger" is pushed forward to recock the hammer. There is a 'K' stamped onthe left side of the tang just behind the trigger guard and the number 4857 is stamped on the right side of the tang behind the trigger guard. Any info as to make, model, and value will be appreciated!

  The only illustrated parts breakdown (IPB) for the name SPENCER that two I can find is in the Jack First parts book,Volume II No. 10, one for a Spencer 186 LA Carbine and the other for a Spencer 1887 12 gauge pump shotgun. Both are only partial illustrations showing only a very few parts. The Spencer carbine has only one trigger listed while the Spencer pump shotgun has two triggers listed. one a front trigger assembly (hammer) and the other just plain trigger.
  In another reference book, there is a listing for the SPENCER ARMS COMPANY maker of the first successful pump (slide action) shotgun made in the United States. There is an illustration of this gun and it shows two triggers in the trigger guars, one facing forward and the other facing backward. Spencer Arms Company was in business fro1868 to 1889 when they were bought out by the Francis Bannerman & Company. Bannerman continued to make the guns until about 1902.
