Benelli SBE Forearm Interghangeability

I recently purchased a Benelli SBE/ Super Blagk Eagle. It is the original first version. It came with a slug barrel and Leupold scope. I sold the barrel and scope and purchased a 12 GA bird barrel that came off a SBEII as they are interchangeable - it does fit perfectly. Now I need a forearm. Do I get one made for the SBE or SBEII? I think the forearm I am looking for also fits the M1 and maybe others. Benelli does not have a chart for what works. Thanks!

  Try going to a gun store...look at the different benelli guns...I have a m-2 and a supersport...they will not interchange.
