    Given the rarity of this ammo and if it isn't Berdan primed, I'd dismantle the ammo, reprime and reassemble it.
    This is old ammo.
    As a kid I had the same problem with 50-70 Govt black powder ammo.
    The reloading was with pliers but ammo was good enough to kill a deer.
    In your shoes, I'd buy the ammo, a set of dies and an inertia bullet puller.
    If you go that route, do a neck anneal as old brass is liable to crack at the neck when you reload it.
