brownell's sells them as do other parts supplyers, do NOT go to NAPA/carquest/et all for one, they are special. lightly lube with rem. oil before use.

    dannej,

You need to have a clean magazine tube, with a very thin coat of silicon oil/lube. The type that is used for wiping down for cleaning.

The o-rings...well they are not real special, other than you need to get the right size and compound. Remington makes two different compounds...one is SBR natural rubber, and is the type the shotguns are shipped with, and is also available over the counter. You can expect to get 400-500 rounds out of them. The other compound is Viton, and while it costs a little more, it last 3-4 times longer. So, you can go to any hardware store, with your old o-ring, and ask for a size match, in the viton compound, or order them from Midway USA, or Brownell's.
