Stevens Model 66 Stock

Does someone have a picture of this stock that they can post? Is the buttplate steel?

  There were several variations of the Model 66. 1st model had a pull knob striker. Then they added self cocking and a safety. Which type do you have? Some had metal, some had plastic.

  It cocks when closing and has a safety that slides from side to side under the receiver
