Does anyone make 20 VT brass?

Does anyone make 20 VT brass? Or can it only be gotten by reforming 221 Fireball brass? Which doesn't look that hard.

  There has been some discussion with Lapua about a license from Todd Kindler but I have yet to see any real brass in my hands.
  
  The forming is easy and required for the time being.
