Rebluing over/under shotgun barrels

Does anyone know of a highly competent gun bluer that can disassemble the barrels, reblue and realign them near perfectly? I know it will be expensive, but I have had this Win. pigeon grade for 31 years and will pay the price.

    If I read that correctly, the barrels themselves do not need to be removed from the rib to be blued.

    The rib is fine, but the barrels need to be blued under the narrow side panels with vents that fit between the barrels the length of te barrels...

    Unsoldering the barrels just to blue what is visible through vents in the side ribs seems a little extreme. And it will be very expensive.
    Are the barrels rusty under there?

    Yes, they are very rusty. They are not bad enough to be concerned about safety, but it really bugs me that they are that rusted. I checked the two recommended smiths and gunbluing has prices for double barrels, simmonsguns doesn't. I will call them both in the am.... and thank you for the referrals.

    I think he's saying that prices aren't quoted on their website. Not that they don't do it.
