Identify this finger lever
I need to identify the model of the rifle this lever fits. I was told it is for a Marlin but I need to know the model. Any info will be appreciated. This measures about 7 3/8" overall; 2" from the end of the part that fits into the bolt to the center of the screw hole; The trigger opening is about 1 13/16'; and the finger loop is about 2 3/4" long & 1" high inside. The thick part is about 3/8" thick & the tang that goes into the bolt is about 1/8" thick. Thanks in advance!

Looks like a Marlin but doesn't match my 1893. Doesn't match the 336

Maybe but the front part doesn't look quite right.

Looks its a modified/altered Marlin 94, the catch at the top of the trigger loop is missing. Not sure why unless it broke and someone smoothed it over to pass on ?? Definetly a Marlin, its what they call a "D" lever with the little tail extention on the hand loop. 0 -
That was the difference on the 1893 and 336 levers as well, both have the "hook" in the latch assy. 0 -
I believe I have found it: Marlin 1889. Look at this & see what you think:
