Is Ruger's 10-shot SA built on the Single Six or the Blackhawk frame?

Its a ten shot Single-six, hence the model name "Single-ten":

single six frame just the chanmbers are real close together the ones we got must have been new tooling as they are rock solid and tight[^] 0
