Remington 700 Manufacture date?

I've seen the Remington code charts for the manufacture dates, but this rifle appears to have 4 letters on the left hand side of the barrell. I'm can't tell what the first letter or symbol may be, but the next 3 letters are W K V, and all appear to have a space between the letters. So was this 700 manufactured in August of 1941?

  I see now the letters repeat in the chart, so the gun was probably built in 1963. That makes sense, because I think the gun came out in 1960.

  The Remington model 700 came out in 1962, I have a model 700 BDL in 7mm Rem Mag dated F J, June 1962.

  If it has four letters it could also mean the rifle was sent in for repair where the first 2 are the repair date
  
  
  The rifle may have been made may 1979 and repaired 2002
