You might try the Gun Parts Corp, web site. They have both free on-line schematics for a number of Winchesters, and those you can order that aren't free. Obviously they also sell parts, they might not have what your looking for though.

EDIT #1, I believe the Winchester Model 39 is a single shot BA made by Cooey in Canada.

I'm not a Winchester guy, but I've never heard of a model 39. What is that?

On the 67A, maybe this will help a bit:

You may have found this for the 39, just a picture of the bolt. http://www.gunpartscorp.com/catalog/Detail.aspx?pid=281000&catid=8123

If that does not help contact Western Gun Parts in Canada. They may be able to help. If anyone has a parts diagram I doubt it will be free. Maybe one of the Exploded Firearms books would have it. Can not put my hands on the one copy I have. Or possibly one of the bolt action books, or even single shot action books if it is a single shot.

The Gun Parts parts catalog has listings for both rifles but no individual parts drawings. The Winchester Mode 39 is a Cooey made rifle and it is listed in the Winchester parts section as one of a Model 750, 600, 75 ,64, 64B, 60 and Model 39. (Winchester bought the Cooey Machine & Arms Company to manufacture guns for sale in Canada). The bolt assembly is listed as MRF # c1010, item number 28100 at a cost of $28.60 plus shipping. Of course my catalog is twelve years old and I'm sure prices have changed. . The Winchester Model 67 is listed but no bolt assembly. You might contact the following parts dealers to see what they might have in stock.
