Don't have a clue what it is, but a quick internet search, assuming this is gun related, comes up with DWM as being Deutsche Waffen- und Munitionsfabriken Aktien-Gesellschaft (German Weapons and Munitions public limited company), known as DWM

Looks like it might be a gas regulator key for a German rifle or machine gun. 0
