Flip Up Ladder Sights

I am new to using this forum and my other thread is locked? No sure why.

I had asked for help identifying these sights.



By pure chance I was scrolling through some pictures at an online auction and a sight caught my eye. With the information I was able to track down that this sight came from a Krag rifle. This picture (found online) shows both the rifle and carbine sight. Mine is the rifle.



Thanks all for the help. Still chasing information on the other military style sight.

  Threads here in "Ask the Experts" get locked (at some point since it isn't automatic) at or just after 10 posts... the thought is that if the Experts haven't answered it in 10 posts or less, it really belongs in general discussion.
