win. md. 12 in 16ga DOB.
picked up a win md 12 in 16ga.2-3/4 chamber with a solid milled rib,26 inch barrel with imp-cyl. serial number 784453 in very good used condition. any think special here or just a good bird gun? thanks eastbank.

yes,normal bumps and dings for 70 odd years of hunting. it was in a take down case of some kind for years and no one knew how to get it together the day of the sale, so it was not put togeter right,the op rod was not connected to the breech block, paid 300.00 for it. it went right to gether at home. also bought a early 99 lever action engraved savage in 303 in ex condition along with a S&W hand ejector in 32-20 in mint contion, it was a good estate sale. eastbank. 0 -
Sounds like you had an excellent day ! I recently picked up a Mod. 12 16Ga. with no rib and Mod. choke , made in 1929 ( the year the stock market crashed last ). Are you a Savage collector ? The reason I ask is because I have an aquaintence that collects engraved Savage 99s . I'm sure he would like to see it if it's going on the market ! 0
