The sight looks Lyman. It should have a letter or 2 stamped on the base. The hole spacing c-to-c is a key feature. The hammer looks Colt 1911ish but I don't have one in hand to compare at this time.

looks like a marlin lever action tang sight, i think the mounting holes are to close for a win. eastbank.

What Charlie said, check the bottom for a letter code, and measure the hole spacing.
