Or know where one might be for sale?
To the best of my knowledge they've been out of production for some time. Not sure they'd do anything that any number of on line programs wouldn't do for you better and faster anyway. Yes?

    p.s. Jim,

Don't mention the NRA around here, my friend. This website seems to think of them the way Louis Farrakahn thinks of the KKK...

Keep in mind that Powley developed his little sliderule (how many know what THAT is?) to work ONLY with loads of about 45,000 psi and using ONLY IMR single-base powders. It's surprisingly good within those parameters, but those limitations don't fit modern cartridges very well.

I've got one and used it 10-15 years ago working up smokless loads for my Hi-Wall in 45/120. It worked I didn't blow myself up. I even talked with Mr. Powley one afternoon. I called him up and we spoke for about 1/2 hour. He was a very nice and knowledgeable gentleman answering all my questions. Dave

I have the Powley Computer & the psi calculator. I used it just recently to determine the starting loads for the 350 gr Sierra HPBTM in my 375 RUM. As noted, it is designed for IMR poweders and for loads of 45K, but that is exactly what I want for finding a starting place for a bullet/cartridge for which there is no publicly available data yet.
