Remington Model 58 "D" Grade

Hello Everyone...Just came across a NICE Model 58 D Grade Tournament 12 ga Skeet gun...asking $595. In 1960, this gun listed for $525! It has beautiful deep engraving. Would anyone know how many of these were made?
Any other comments would be appreciated! I am thinking of offering $495 Cash. THANKS!!!!

  You are tring to STEAL a "D" grade Remington.

  Folks...Just got a CLOSER look...The gun has a REPAIR on the receiver toward the back of the slot where the bolt comes back. TOO BAD!!! Now we ALL know why the gun was priced like she was. THANKS everyone for your thoughts and suggestions.
