Dewat C&R Class 3 question
I have a few Dewat C&R pieces with the proper BATF paperwork. I was wondering if I get these reactivated if I will have to pay a yearly fee to the BATF. I was told by someone I would but I haven't been able to find any information pertaining to this. I know there is a fee the BATF charges for the paperwork to have them reactivated.

Not yearly, just the one time $200 Tax Stamp. 0 -
Depending what they are and condition they are in, you might have some very valuable guns.
Since Reagan and his backstabing buddies let the democraps get away with the 1984 gun law banning the manufacture of selective fire firearms. The only legal source available for obtaining them, is the reactivation of guns like your. Because of this the value of papered dewats has multiplied exponentially.0 -
Yes the pieces have some significant value. I had 10 Dewats which I sold a few years ago for a substantial sum. I kept what I thought were the better pieces.
