Who makes a base for scope, for the S & W XVR .460??? I thought Warne did, but I can't find it now

  Warne still makes the base as far as I can tell. It's mentioned in reviews and some suppliers still sell it for under $100.00/each.

  I bought the Weigand. It is heavy S/S and has held up to the recoil.
