Identify this forend
I need help identifying this forend. It appears to be for some type double barrel firearm but that is far as I can go. This is about 6 & 9/16" long and 1 & 1/2" wide. It apparently attaches with a screw through the rear hole in the front sling swivel base. Any information will be appreciated. Gunswapper.

launch Does not look like for a Double barrel but more like a single barrel of LARGE diameter . It has been 45 years since I used one but could it be a M 79 grenade launcher 0 -
It does indeed look to be an M79 forend. I have noticed them for sale several places but usually for the wood only.

It's not a high-end item. So..
Start it at a penny/no reserve. Reason:
There's really no gamble. No great loss..and you will have listed it, and you can forget it. With low-end items, moving it in a timely fashion (and 1c/no reserve is the least hassle to you).
The goal is to move your stock.
You can do the 'head-scratching' when you have a high-end item to list. Best, Joe0
