Do you mean 1-1/4 ounce loads? A load of 1/4 oz seems to be mighty light.

I use it for hunting loads for 12 ga 1 1\4 oz with #5 shot. Works great. I use it also to load my 20 ga & 28 ga.

I loaded up some 1 1/4oz. ,STS hull, 28.5-29gr Longshot powder, W209,& Claybuster WAA12F114 wads.

I was breaking 4/5 on the 40yrd long shots.

I really like how the longshot powder groups & shoots.[;)]

How is the recoil? Did you shoot it at a pattern board? Any idea of the velocity? Thanks.

In my gun, hardly kicks. Havent shot it on a board yet, just targets. We shoot at night under the lights and the guys say that they can see the pellets in the light for a split second. They thought the pattern looked good.

It's supposed to be 1385fps but I haven't shot it over my graph yet....kinda scared too[:I]

You say it doesn't kick much. Are you shooting an auto? An 1 1/4 oz load at 1385 is movin pretty good....sounds like fun[8D]
