Belgium made 9mm HP pistol

My brother has a Belgium made Hi Power pistol. It has no import marks on it. A dealer told him that it was imported by Howco in the late 1950's - early 1960"s. It is parkerized, but not military issue, has black plastic grips, unfired, no box (it was lost during a move). The serial number is 245PZ464xx. I was hoping to get him a value for this pistol. Any help would be appreciated.

The PZ date code is from 1981. 0 -
245 in the sn indicates it is a sport model. Value range 300-600 or so depending on condition and location. 0 -
If it came with the plastic grips, it is a later model. It should have a ambi thumb safety.
It will go for $450-600 depending how bad someone wants it.0 -
If it is a actual Howco Import its from the 80' and that is direct from a family member that worked for Howco.
Would be interested in knowing the name of the dealer that said its in the 50's. If your friend is interested in selling it, let me know, set up a auction and i am seriously interested.0 -
