IMI Desert Eagle question

I recently aquired an IMI Desert Eagle MKVII in .44mag I went to the Magnum Research website to find a scope mount for it.

The only Desert Eagle pistol they have listed is a model XIX. They have a set of rings to fit the model XIX but mine is a MKVII.

Can anyone tell me if these rings will fit my pistol?

  The DE MK VII, has an adaptor to adapt the 3/8 or so groove on top to Weaver style. I know, for a fact, as I had one. It was one of the most accurate 44 Magnum handguns I have ever seen.

  Yeah you need the scope mount adapter. I picked it up back in early '90's. It's a chunk of aluminum (got it on my paintball gun). I don't know if you can still find it. I'll see if I can post a pic.
