Can't be sure, most of the photos are too dark or out of focus. It looks original to me, but some of the surface has been rubbed thin by handling or cleaning with abrasives.
Considering it's being sold AS IS, I would not bid without getting better photos from the seller. I would also check COMPLETED AUCTIONS for auction prices paid for similar guns.
For the current bid of $750, I would hope to get one that looks like this:

Yes, they have been going through the roof like most other Colt revolvers that are no longer made. I have a 4" blued just like the auction only mine is nicer. That gun looks very much like original to me. Its seen plenty of use, but appears original. 0 -
Look REAL closely at the pony logo. This is best tell on Colts. I've never seen a re-blue that didn't fill in at least part of the logo, especially the broken lance. Even factory jobs can't seem to avoid this. Use magnifying glass to look at this and all markings. If sharp & crisp, no parts filled in or blurred, it's original.
Great revolver The K.C., Poor man's Python. Had stainless 4" I regret giving up. Still have a few factory rubber grips w/medallions laying around in original wrapper. I think they also fit 1 or 2 of the Troopers.
One of those guns you let a friend talk you out of and wind up kicking yourself over it years afterward. Unused spare parts left over as constant reminder!0
