Remington 1100 interceptor latch spring

I have a Remington 1100 with a bad interceptor latch spring. I can get the parts to replace it from Brownells. How hard is this job and is there anything I need to be aware of???

  as you already know the spring is staked in place.
  remove the old spring by sliding it to the rear. replace the new one in reverse order. take your time and work slow. restake with an old screwdriver or punch if needed.
