What kind of mag is in this SKS? Pic

It isn't the standard kind does anyone recognize what it is? The rifle is an Norinco SKS. It looks more like an AK mag to me, what say ya'll?

That SKS takes AK mags. From the looks of the stock, it might be a conversion.

It looks like either an SKS Model D or a Model M with an after market stock.

The Chinese SKS's that were specifically manufactured in China for AK mags had a different mag release then conventional SKS's, as shown in D@D's original photo.

Here is a photo of one of them I got off the net showing the mag release for the AK mag.

Looks to be a 10 or 20rd fixed USA brand duck bill magazine.
