Flex Lock Bullet

Hornady makes what they call a flex lock bullet that is an unbonded copper jacketed hollow point. The way it looks they do not make it for 45 ACP. The core is from lead antimony and is quite hard but it does not fragment during expansion. The expansion with a 40 cal. is great.

Does anyone know if I could get the same from another manufacturer to load for my 45 ACP?
