Winchester 70 Sporter Europe

I have a Winchester Model 70 that I purchased from a Winchester Custom Shop employee just before they closed. It's a Featherweight-style stock, but in a Sporter weight, and barrel is marked "Sporter Europe" on top at center. Has iron sights, with an express-style rear. Can't find any info on it. Any help/

  I am not a collector of Winchesters nor a historian for them but this is the only reference I have found to come close to what your barrel states:
  
  MODEL 70 XTR EUROPEAN FEATHERWEIGHT
  - 6.5x55 Swedish Mauser cal., 22 in. barrel, 5 shot mag., rifle sights, 6 3/4 lbs. Made 1986 only.
  
  The possibility exists that the rifle was 'lunch boxed' out the door from spare parts as well. Not uncommon for any manufacturers.

  Without a serial number or at least a partial serial number, ( to give folks a insight to DOM ), unlikely anyone could help you.
