Savage 219/220

I have a Savage 219C and I am getting a Savage 220 and I have been told many things one that the barrels from the C model will work on the 219/220 or the 219/220A I was wondering if anyone knows if you can have the cocking pin put on a non B or C barrel if that would make it work with my c model.

  I am looking for a 410ga 32-20 or 25-20 barrels for my 219C or my 220A

  This can be done - my now retired gunsmith did just that on a gun of mine about 30 years ago. HOWEVER, putting any rifle barrel on the 220 shotgun receiver is dangerous unless you have the firing pin/firing pin hole reduced in diameter, as they are too large for rifle size primers.
