standard invector or invector plus???
Can anyone give me the measurements on lenght of for a browning invector plus choke? I have a 10 gauge. I just bought the gun and dont know if it uses standard or invector plus chokes.The choke thats in it now measures about 2 3/8 inches long.

lenght has nothing to do with it, the base dia. of the inside of the barrel does. if the barrel is marked "invector" that is what it takes. 12 ga 'invector' choke are for the std. .729" inside dia. barrel, 'invector +' are for the 'overbored' barrel or about .740". 0 -
Invector chokes are 1 1/2" in length & Invector plus tubes are 2 1/2" in length. This is factory tubes, not aftermarket extended ones. For more information check the Briley web site. 0 -
The choke I have in the gun is 2 3/8 in long.I have no idea what chokes it takes and cant find it marked anywhere on the barrel.It a browning bps 10 ga.I would like to buy some extra choke online but didnt know what style to order.Standard or invector plus. 0 -
They're only about $20 on the auction side. Buy both and resell what doesn't fit. It won't cost you much, if anything.

The tube that's in it should be marked INV or INV+.
INV+ has a back bored barrel, and I don't think Browning has offered the 10ga in INV+, only INV.0
