do crossbowers level their scopes the same as gun hunter and how?

  Yep.
  
  Your scope will tell how may clicks @ "x" yards or feet for adjustment.
  
  Use that to sight in at 15yrds or if your scope has the bars for yardage drop you'll want to set it to that.
