Merry Christmas!!! Get anything cool for Christmas? I got a smoker. Never had one before. Masterbuilt sportsman elite. Guess I'm going to try some venison jerky first. I have a bunch of frozen striped bass still in the freezer from the summer. Might smoke some of that too 0 -

If your smoker is electric, I think I have the same one. I did a turkey in it at Thanksgiving. Best hands down turkey I ever had.
Smoked a pre-cooked ham portion I got from the grocery store(just for 6 people) on Christmas eve & it was delicious.
