Info on J Tarratt SXS 12 ga. percussion

Anyone know what this is or any Idea on price in fair condition? It is a SXS 12 gauge percussion gun Complete in fair to good condition. Made in London I think with two wedges holding barrel on. Thanks In advance for any info. Eric

  Need quality close-up photos, for accurate identification and valuation. Specially of all the markings.
  
  Lot of the Belgian made shotguns had phony English markings, too fool folks.
  
  Even if it's English, likely only to be a Damascus wall hanger. Value would be based on cosmetics.

  Appears to be a high quality shotgun. Definitely not a Belgian knock-off. The locks are what is known as "back-action". They were used from the late percussion period. Circa late 1840's on.
  
  Not likely a shotgun like this, even though high quality. Would be in great demand/value in the States. Over the water in GB where it was made, more likely.

  Nice looking old world quality The round spot belowthe hammer on each side just above the wood is a BLOW OUT plug made to release over pressure . Or another THEORY some say "NOT ME" is these were originally Flintlock and that was where the flash hole liner went but I don't think they were ever Flintlock back action locks Myself
