Where and by whom are these being manufactured?
Sage 10 -
Long distance diagnosis is difficult- The first thing he should look at is the fired cases. Check those for pressure indicators before moving on to the next step. 0 -
Is that a factory chamber, or has it been re-chambered? The chamber could be rough, and when fired the case expands and the roughness "grabs" it and won't let go. When the thing cools down, the case shrinks and lets go. What do the fired cases look like? Are there any indications on them that the chamber may have burrs/tool marks/is not nice and smooth?
EDIT:
How old is the rifle? Can your friend talk to the prior owner to see if he had issues? If it is determined that if left the factory like that, send it back.0 -
its a factory gun there is marks on brass 0 -
When you use a cleaning kit to Clean a rifle it will only clean the BORE not the chamber[:0] I would make sure you have the Chamber cleaned
For this you will need a bore brush the size of the Largest part of the chamber but do not attempt to pull through the bore only the chamber.
You will have to remove bolt and don't force into the neck of the chamber just the body. Take a mop type cleaner and soak with Kroil push in from rear until just touching neck let set for 24 hours then Use patches to wipe out chamber.0
