Removeing Pitts

I have a win 96 skeet gun that has some pitting in the barrels is there some way to remove them

Reline the barrel.

Nothing can replace metal that is no longer there, other than adding new metal.

That said, if the pitting isn't getting any worse....

There may not be much effect on performance with loads using plastic, shot-enclosing wads.
