Hodgdon H-240
Can anyone point me to some loading data for some old H240---
It is a fine flattened ball..The only thing I used it in was for a heavy
load in a 12 ga. It produced a lot of gas & reduced recoil with a Cutts Compensator.
I would like to use it in 30-06 w/147 gr bullet,or 45-70 with 405gr
jacketed, or 330 gr lead slugs. Jerry TIA (thanx in advance)

More like for a .44 Magnum - NOT a high power rifle. Will look for some data in my Ancient Lore. 0 -
IIRC: I was intended to duplicate 2400. But keep in mind that (with a few exceptions) no two powders are the same. 0
