Fox Sterlingworth date of manufacture?

I have an A. H. Fox Sterlingworth Philadelphia, PA 12 gauge side-by-side double with 28 inch barrels, serial number on barrels and water table is 70870. Does anyone have information on the date of manufacture of this shotgun?

  It doesn't say if the serial number given is the first of the year or the last of the year, but will get you down to a two year span at least.

  Thanks for the link1 It would appear to be 1913 or 1914 by their chart.
