Did Uberti ever go into production on a stainless Pocket Police?

Yes, They made some between 1982 and 1987. One of the importer's catalogs listed them as coming with 4 1/2, 5 1/2, and 6 1/2 inch barrels; but, I've only seen three with 5 1/2 inch barrels.

How disappointing.
I bought the display model off the wall in Connecticut. It wasn't replaced so I assumed it was a sales sample.
That was after Colt advised me (letter) they weren't going to produce it in stainless as originally planned.
