Old single shot ?

Anybody add any info on a single shot 'Shutzen' rifle I just inspected (sorry no pix), barrel is makered "W. Weisgerber St. Wendel", action is marked "Original sys Buchel & D.R.G.M."
this is a drop block d.s.t. in (probably) 8x47r. cal. Nicely engraved but it's sat in an attic for the last 50 years.

  thanks, I googled "W. Weisgerher, St Wendel" also and they are still in business, just outside Stuttgart (sp?)

  Can't find any thing in my one book by Frank de Haas. He published another volume on little known single shots, that I don't have, though.
  
  GOOGLED, "Buchel". He was a well known German designer/gun maker of shutzen type rifles. Appears Weisgerber used Buchel's design when he made the shutzen. If it doesn't have any kraut proof marks, it was probably made before 1891.
